Cllr Barry Fiske, Chair


Barry has a background in the engineering and shipping industries and has lived the the village for 40 years. Barry also heads up our Planning group.  He  is also a member of our Projects group and a member of our Finance Committee.

Cllr Malcolm Allsop, Vice Chair


Malcolm has a media background having been Director of Programmes at Anglia Television and run television production business in the UK, Holland and Belgium.

Malcolm heads up our Communications group and is responsible for liaison with other Councils including the Hoveton Joint Action Committee. 


Parish Clerk Clare Male


Clare has experience of running a number of Norfolk Parish Councils. She lives in nearby Neatishead.


Cllr Philip Everett


Philip has a background in the Metropolitan Police and training. He heads up our Administration and Governance Group. Philip also serves on the Projects Group

Cllr Peter Mantle


Peter has a background in the aviation industry Since he moved to Wroxham he has taken over the role of publisher and editor of the Broads Green Book. Peter heads our Recreation and Amenities Group and the Projects Group. He is also a member of our Planning Group and Finance Committee.

Cllr Ian Joynson


Ian is Chair of our Finance Committee our longest serving councillor.  He has a background in the  engineering industry and looks after our mobile speed awareness monitor. Ian is also responsible for the compilation of data on traffic movements and speed from the mobile unit.

Cllr Patrick Hadingham


Patrick lives on the new Wherry Gardens Development and represents their interests on the council. He has been actively involved in a number of issues relating to the new estate and its integration into the wider village community.

Cllr Elaine Allsop


Elaine is an experienced journalist working in written print and television. She has served on many voluntary local and national committees and since moving to Wroxham was part of the Neighbourhood Plan team.

Cllr Sylvia Holyoake


Sylvia takes a special interest in planning issues.  She has a background in retailing and currently runs an electrical company with her son.  She is also a member of the village Speedwatch volunteer team


Cllr Angela Ireland


Originally from Farnworth in Lancashire, Angela has a background in marketing  and saes support. She lived  in Staffordshire where she was a Parish Councillor for  six years helping to gain Quality Parish Status and bringing a fuller web presence. She retired from work two years ago. She is an avid dog walker and is  keen to keep our village tidy and safe.
